Want your own Kat tat? To be tattooed on Kat's new show, LA Ink, visit the LA Ink casting site or you can visit the LA Ink MySpace as well. Follow the instructions under the 'About Me' section of the site. If you prefer a less public setting, fill out this form for an appointment request. Be sure to fill the form out completely. It is not possible to file your request without all this information in one place. Please note that a request does not guarantee an appointment. Kat is VERY busy these days so BE PATIENT! Good Luck!
